My Podcast is operated by BookAI Studio, a DBA of BrightSpan Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the service collects and how it is used.

Information we collect

Account information from Google sign-in (name, email address, profile image). Text and scripts you submit for narration, the voice settings you choose, and the audio narrations generated for you. Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

How we use information

To synthesize your narrations, save them to your gallery, manage credits and billing, prevent abuse, and improve the service. Submitted text is processed by our AI provider (MuAPI) solely to generate the audio you request.

Sharing

We share data only with the processors needed to run the service: MuAPI (AI speech generation), Stripe (payments), and Google (sign-in). We do not sell personal information.

Retention and your choices

Your narrations are kept in your gallery while your account is active. You may delete creations in the product, and you may request deletion of your account data through the contact options on bookaistudio.com.
