These terms govern your use of My Podcast, operated by BookAI Studio, a DBA of BrightSpan Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

My Podcast turns text and scripts into AI-narrated audio using synthetic voices. You are responsible for the content you narrate: only submit text you have the right to use, and never use the service to imitate a real person in a way that deceives listeners or implies their endorsement.

Your content

You keep ownership of scripts you submit and of the narrations generated from them, subject to these terms. You grant us the license needed to process your text and deliver your audio. Do not use the service for unlawful, defamatory or infringing content.

Credits and payment

Generation features consume credits sold in packs on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, used credits are not refundable; unused pack credits remain on your account while it is active.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
